By adding any "OP" (Overpowered) application to your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the application from your server immediately.

02. Usage Policy

You agree not to use OP applications for any illegal activities, harassment, spamming, or to violate Discord's official Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services for any server or user if abuse or malicious activity is detected.

03. Service Availability & Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% operational uptime, OP applications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any data loss, delay, or server disruption caused by unexpected downtime, third-party API outages, or software updates.

04. Limitations of Liability

The OVERPOWERED Development Team shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our applications and web services.
