• Discord Server (Guild) IDs and User IDs
• Configuration preferences (e.g., poll settings, language channel mappings)
• Temporary message content for real-time translation processing (never stored permanently)

02. How We Use Data

Collected data is used strictly to execute requested actions (such as routing translated messages across mesh channels or tabulating poll votes). We never sell, trade, or share user data with third-party advertisers.

03. Data Retention & Deletion

Message translation records in our relational databases are flushed automatically via background garbage collection tasks every 24 hours. If you remove an OP application from your server, you can request complete configuration data purging by reaching out through our team portal.

04. Third-Party Services

OPTranslate utilizes secure neural machine translation APIs (such as Google Translate) to process live chat requests. Text payloads sent to these APIs contain no user identification, account tokens, or personal profile metadata.
